Sahih International
So how [will it be] when We bring from every nation a witness and we bring you,
[O Muhammad] against these [people] as a witness?

Sahih International
That Day, those who disbelieved and disobeyed the Messenger will wish they
could be covered by the earth. And they will not conceal from Allah a [single]
statement.

করবে সে
সমস্ত লোক,
যারা কাফের
হয়েছিল এবং
রসূলের নাফরমানী
করেছিল, যেন
যমীনের সাথে
মিশে যায়। কিন্তু
গোপন করতে
পারবে না
আল্লাহর নিকট
কোন বিষয়।
Sahih International
O you who have believed, do not approach prayer while you are intoxicated until
you know what you are saying or in a state of janabah, except those passing
through [a place of prayer], until you have washed [your whole body]. And if
you are ill or on a journey or one of you comes from the place of relieving
himself or you have contacted women and find no water, then seek clean earth
and wipe over your faces and your hands [with it]. Indeed, Allah is ever
Pardoning and Forgiving.

তোমরা যখন
নেশাগ্রস্ত থাক, তখন নামাযের ধারে-কাছেও যেওনা,
যতক্ষণ না
বুঝতে সক্ষম
হও যা
কিছু তোমরা
বলছ, আর
(নামাযের কাছে
যেও না)
ফরয গোসলের
আবস্থায়ও যতক্ষণ
না গোসল
করে নাও। কিন্তু
মুসাফির অবস্থার
কথা স্বতন্ত্র
আর যদি
তোমরা অসুস্থ
হয়ে থাক
কিংবা সফরে
থাক অথবা
তোমাদের মধ্য
থেকে কেউ
যদি প্রস্রাব-পায়খানা থেকে
এসে থাকে
কিংবা নারী
গমন করে
থাকে, কিন্তু
পরে যদি
পানিপ্রাপ্তি সম্ভব না হয়, তবে
পাক-পবিত্র
মাটির দ্বারা
তায়াম্মুম করে নাও-তাতে মুখমন্ডল
ও হাতকে
ঘষে নাও। নিশ্চয়ই
আল্লাহ তা’আলা ক্ষমাশীল।
Sahih International
Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the Scripture, purchasing
error [in exchange for it] and wishing you would lose the way?

ওদের দেখনি,
যারা কিতাবের
কিছু অংশ
প্রাপ্ত হয়েছে,
(অথচ) তারা
পথভ্রষ্টতা খরিদ করে এবং কামনা
করে, যাতে
তোমরাও আল্লাহর
পথ থেকে
বিভ্রান্ত হয়ে যাও।
Sahih International
And Allah is most knowing of your enemies; and sufficient is Allah as an ally,
and sufficient is Allah as a helper.

অথচ আল্লাহ
তোমাদের শত্রুদেরকে
যথার্থই জানেন। আর অভিভাবক হিসাবে
আল্লাহই যথেষ্ট
এবং সাহায্যকারী
হিসাবেও আল্লাহই
যথেষ্ট।
Sahih International
Among the Jews are those who distort words from their [proper] usages and say,
"We hear and disobey" and "Hear but be not heard" and
"Ra'ina," twisting their tongues and defaming the religion. And if
they had said [instead], "We hear and obey" and "Wait for us [to
understand]," it would have been better for them and more suitable. But
Allah has cursed them for their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a
few.

ইহুদী তার
লক্ষ্য থেকে
কথার মোড়
ঘুড়িয়ে নেয়
এবং বলে,
আমরা শুনেছি
কিন্তু অমান্য
করছি।
তারা আরো
বলে, শোন,
না শোনার
মত।
মুখ বাঁকিয়ে
দ্বীনের প্রতি
তাচ্ছিল্য প্রদর্শনের উদ্দেশে বলে, রায়েনা’
(আমাদের রাখাল)। অথচ
যদি তারা
বলত যে,
আমরা শুনেছি
ও মান্য
করেছি এবং
(যদি বলত,
) শোন এবং
আমাদের প্রতি
লক্ষ্য রাখ,
তবে তাই
ছিল তাদের
জন্য উত্তম
আর সেটাই
ছিল যথার্থ
ও সঠিক। কিন্তু
আল্লাহ তাদের
প্রতি অভিসম্পাত
করেছেন তাদের
কুফরীর দরুন। অতএব,
তারা ঈমান
আনছে না,
কিন্তু অতি
অল্পসংখ্যক।
Sahih International
O you who were given the Scripture, believe in what We have sent down [to
Muhammad], confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and
turn them toward their backs or curse them as We cursed the sabbath-breakers.
And ever is the decree of Allah accomplished.

যা কিছু
আমি অবতীর্ণ
করেছি তার

অতঃপর সেগুলোকে
ঘুরিয়ে দেব
পশ্চাৎ দিকে কিংবা অভিসম্পাত করব
তাদের প্রতি
যেমন করে
অভিসম্পাত করেছি আছহাবে-সাবতের উপর। আর আল্লাহর নির্দেশ
অবশ্যই কার্যকর
হবে।
Sahih International
Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is
less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allah has
certainly fabricated a tremendous sin.

নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ তাকে ক্ষমা করেন

Have you not seen those who claim themselves to be pure? Rather, Allah purifies
whom He wills, and injustice is not done to them, [even] as much as a thread
[inside a date seed].

তাদেকে দেখনি,
যারা নিজেদেরকে
পূত-পবিত্র
বলে থাকে
অথচ পবিত্র
করেন আল্লাহ
যাকে ইচ্ছা
তাকেই? বস্তুতঃ

সুতা পরিমাণ
অন্যায়ও হবে
না।
Sahih International
Look how they invent about Allah untruth, and sufficient is that as a manifest
sin.

Have you not seen those who were given a portion of the Scripture, who believe
in superstition and false objects of worship and say about the disbelievers,
"These are better guided than the believers as to the way"?

যারা কিতাবের
কিছু অংশ
প্রাপ্ত হয়েছে,
যারা মান্য
করে প্রতিমা
ও শয়তানকে
এবং কাফেরদেরকে

তুলনায় অধিকতর
সরল সঠিক
পথে রয়েছে।
Sahih International
Those are the ones whom Allah has cursed; and he whom Allah curses - never will
you find for him a helper.

Sahih International
Or have they a share of dominion? Then [if that were so], they would not give
the people [even as much as] the speck on a date seed.

দেবে না।
Sahih International
Or do they envy people for what Allah has given them of His bounty? But we had already
given the family of Abraham the Scripture and wisdom and conferred upon them a
great kingdom.

দান করেছেন
সে বিষয়ের

Sahih International
And some among them believed in it, and some among them were averse to it. And
sufficient is Hell as a blaze.

Indeed, those who disbelieve in Our verses - We will drive them into a Fire.
Every time their skins are roasted through We will replace them with other
skins so they may taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted in Might
and Wise.

নেই যে,
আমার নিদর্শন
সমুহের প্রতি
যেসব লোক
অস্বীকৃতি জ্ঞাপন করবে, আমি তাদেরকে
আগুনে নিক্ষেপ

যখন জ্বলে-পুড়ে যাবে,
তখন আবার
আমি তা
পালটে দেব
অন্য চামড়া
দিয়ে, যাতে
তারা আযাব
আস্বাদন করতে
থাকে।
নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ
মহাপরাক্রমশালী, হেকমতের অধিকারী।
Sahih International
But those who believe and do righteous deeds - We will admit them to gardens
beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide forever. For them therein are
purified spouses, and We will admit them to deepening shade.

করেছে, অবশ্য
আমি প্রবিষ্ট
করাব তাদেরকে
জান্নাতে, যার তলদেশে প্রবাহিত রয়েছে

অনন্তকাল।
সেখানে তাদের
জন্য থাকবে
পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন

তাদেরকে আমি
প্রবিষ্ট করব
ঘন ছায়া
নীড়ে।
Sahih International
Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you
judge between people to judge with justice. Excellent is that which Allah
instructs you. Indeed, Allah is ever Hearing and Seeing.

নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ
তোমাদিগকে নির্দেশ দেন যে, তোমরা
যেন প্রাপ্য
আমানতসমূহ প্রাপকদের নিকট পৌছে দাও। আর যখন তোমরা
মানুষের কোন
বিচার-মীমাংসা
করতে আরম্ভ
কর, তখন
মীমাংসা কর
ন্যায় ভিত্তিক। আল্লাহ
তোমাদিগকে সদুপদেশ দান করেন।
নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ
শ্রবণকারী, দর্শনকারী।
Sahih International
O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in
authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and
the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the
best [way] and best in result.

আল্লাহর নির্দেশ
মান্য কর,
নির্দেশ মান্য
কর রসূলের
এবং তোমাদের
মধ্যে যারা
বিচারক তাদের। তারপর
যদি তোমরা
কোন বিষয়ে
বিবাদে প্রবৃত্ত
হয়ে পড়,
তাহলে তা
আল্লাহ ও
তাঁর রসূলের
প্রতি প্রত্যর্পণ
কর-যদি
তোমরা আল্লাহ
ও কেয়ামত
দিবসের উপর
বিশ্বাসী হয়ে
থাক।
আর এটাই
কল্যাণকর এবং
পরিণতির দিক
দিয়ে উত্তম।
Sahih International
Have you not seen those who claim to have believed in what was revealed to you,
[O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you? They wish to refer legislation
to Taghut, while they were commanded to reject it; and Satan wishes to lead
them far astray.

তাদেরকে দেখেননি,
যারা দাবী
করে যে,
যা আপনার
প্রতি অবর্তীর্ণ
হয়েছে আমরা
সে বিষয়ের
উপর ঈমান

হয়েছে।
তারা বিরোধীয়
বিষয়কে শয়তানের
দিকে নিয়ে
যেতে চায়,
অথচ তাদের

করে।
পক্ষান্তরে শয়তান তাদেরকে প্রতারিত করে
পথভ্রষ্ট করে
ফেলতে চায়।
Sahih International
And when it is said to them, "Come to what Allah has revealed and to the
Messenger," you see the hypocrites turning away from you in aversion.

আপনি তাদেরকে
বলবেন, আল্লাহর
নির্দেশের দিকে এসো-যা তিনি
রসূলের প্রতি
নাযিল করেছেন,
তখন আপনি
মুনাফেকদিগকে দেখবেন, ওরা আপনার কাছ
থেকে সম্পূর্ণ
ভাবে সরে
যাচ্ছে।
Sahih International
So how [will it be] when disaster strikes them because of what their hands have
put forth and then they come to you swearing by Allah , "We intended
nothing but good conduct and accommodation."

এমতাবস্থায় যদি তাদের কৃতকর্মের দরুন
বিপদ আরোপিত
হয়, তবে
তাতে কি
হল! অতঃপর
তারা আপনার
কাছে আল্লাহর
নামে কসম

যে, মঙ্গল
ও সম্প্রীতি
ছাড়া আমাদের
অন্য কোন
উদ্দেশ্য ছিল
না।
Sahih International
Those are the ones of whom Allah knows what is in their hearts, so turn away
from them but admonish them and speak to them a far-reaching word.

সে সমস্ত
লোক, যাদের
মনের গোপন
বিষয় সম্পর্কেও
আল্লাহ তা’আলা অবগত। অতএব,
আপনি ওদেরকে
উপেক্ষা করুন

এমন কোন
কথা বলুন
যা তাদের
জন্য কল্যাণকর।
Sahih International
And We did not send any messenger except to be obeyed by permission of Allah . And
if, when they wronged themselves, they had come to you, [O Muhammad], and asked
forgiveness of Allah and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them, they
would have found Allah Accepting of repentance and Merciful.

একমাত্র এই
উদ্দেশ্যেই রসূল প্রেরণ করেছি, যাতে
আল্লাহর নির্দেশানুযায়ী
তাঁদের আদেশ-নিষেধ মান্য
করা হয়। আর সেসব লোক
যখন নিজেদের
অনিষ্ট সাধন
করেছিল, তখন
যদি আপনার
কাছে আসত
অতঃপর আল্লাহর
নিকট ক্ষমা
প্রার্থনা করত এবং রসূলও যদি
তাদেরকে ক্ষমা
করিয়ে দিতেন। অবশ্যই
তারা আল্লাহকে
ক্ষমাকারী, মেহেরবানরূপে পেত।

But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O
Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and
then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit
in [full, willing] submission.

পালনকর্তার কসম, সে লোক ঈমানদার
হবে না,
যতক্ষণ না
তাদের মধ্যে
সৃষ্ট বিবাদের
ব্যাপারে তোমাকে
ন্যায়বিচারক বলে মনে না করে। অতঃপর
তোমার মীমাংসার
ব্যাপারে নিজের
মনে কোন
রকম সংকীর্ণতা
পাবে না
এবং তা
হূষ্টচিত্তে কবুল করে নেবে।
Sahih International
And if We had decreed upon them, "Kill yourselves" or "Leave
your homes," they would not have done it, except for a few of them. But if
they had done what they were instructed, it would have been better for them and
a firmer position [for them in faith].

আমি তাদের
নির্দেশ দিতাম
যে, নিজেদের
প্রাণ ধ্বংস
করে দাও
কিংবা নিজেদের
নগরী ছেড়ে
বেরিয়ে যাও,
তবে তারা
তা করত

তাদের মধ্যে
অল্প কয়েকজন। যদি
তারা তাই
করে যা
তাদের উপদেশ
দেয়া হয়,
তবে তা
অবশ্যই তাদের
জন্য উত্তম
এং তাদেরকে
নিজের ধর্মের
উপর সুদৃঢ়
রাখার জন্য
তা উত্তম
হবে।

And then We would have given them from Us a great reward.

পক্ষ থেকে
মহান সওয়াব
দেব।

And We would have guided them to a straight path.

আর তাদেরকে
সরল পথে
পরিচালিত করব।

And whoever obeys Allah and the Messenger - those will be with the ones upon
whom Allah has bestowed favor of the prophets, the steadfast affirmers of
truth, the martyrs and the righteous. And excellent are those as companions.

কেউ আল্লাহর
হুকুম এবং
তাঁর রসূলের
হুকুম মান্য
করবে, তাহলে
যাঁদের প্রতি
আল্লাহ নেয়ামত
দান করেছেন,
সে তাঁদের
সঙ্গী হবে। তাঁরা
হলেন নবী,
ছিদ্দীক, শহীদ
ও সৎকর্মশীল
ব্যক্তিবর্গ। আর তাদের সান্নিধ্যই
হল উত্তম।

That is the bounty from Allah , and sufficient is Allah as Knower.

O you who have believed, take your precaution and [either] go forth in
companies or go forth all together.

নিজেদের অস্ত্র
তুলে নাও
এবং পৃথক
পৃথক সৈন্যদলে
কিংবা সমবেতভাবে
বেরিয়ে পড়।
Sahih International
And indeed, there is among you he who lingers behind; and if disaster strikes
you, he says, " Allah has favored me in that I was not present with
them."

মধ্যে এমনও
কেউ কেউ
রয়েছে, যারা
অবশ্য বিলম্ব
করবে এবং
তোমাদের উপর
কোন বিপদ
উপস্থিত হলে
বলবে, আল্লাহ
আমার প্রতি
অনুগ্রহ করেছেন
যে, আমি
তাদের সাথে
যাইনি।
Sahih International
But if bounty comes to you from Allah , he will surely say, as if there had never
been between you and him any affection. "Oh, I wish I had been with them
so I could have attained a great attainment."

পক্ষান্তরে তোমাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর পক্ষ
থেকে কোন
অনুগ্রহ আসলে
তারা এমন
ভাবে বলতে
শুরু করবে
যেন তোমাদের
মধ্যে এবং
তাদের মধ্যে
কোন মিত্রতাই
ছিল না। (বলবে)
হায়, আমি
যদি তাদের
সাথে থাকতাম,
তাহলে আমি
ও যে
সফলতা লাভ
করতাম।
Sahih International
So let those fight in the cause of Allah who sell the life of this world for
the Hereafter. And he who fights in the cause of Allah and is killed or
achieves victory - We will bestow upon him a great reward.

কাছে যারা
পার্থিব জীবনকে
আখেরাতের পরিবর্তে
বিক্রি করে
দেয় তাদের
জেহাদ করাই
কর্তব্য।
বস্তুতঃ যারা
আল্লাহর রাহে
লড়াই করে
এবং অতঃপর
মৃত্যুবরণ করে কিংবা বিজয় অর্জন
করে, আমি
তাদেরকে মহাপুণ্য
দান করব।

And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and
[for] the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, "Our Lord,
take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself
a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper?"

কি হল
যে, তেমারা
আল্লাহর রাহে
লড়াই করছ
না দুর্বল
সেই পুরুষ,
নারী ও
শিশুদের পক্ষে,
যারা বলে,
হে আমাদের
পালনকর্তা! আমাদিগকে এই জনপদ থেকে
নিষ্কৃতি দান
কর; এখানকার
অধিবাসীরা যে, অত্যাচারী! আর তোমার
পক্ষ থেকে
আমাদের জন্য
পক্ষালম্বনকারী নির্ধারণ করে দাও এবং
তোমার পক্ষ
থেকে আমাদের
জন্য সাহায্যকারী
নির্ধারণ করে
দাও।
Sahih International
Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah , and those who disbelieve fight
in the cause of Taghut. So fight against the allies of Satan. Indeed, the plot
of Satan has ever been weak.

যারা ঈমানদার
তারা যে,
জেহাদ করে
আল্লাহর রাহেই। পক্ষান্তরে
যারা কাফের
তারা লড়াই
করে শয়তানের
পক্ষে সুতরাং
তোমরা জেহাদ
করতে থাক
শয়তানের পক্ষালম্বনকারীদের
বিরুদ্ধে, (দেখবে) শয়তানের চক্রান্ত একান্তই
দুর্বল।

Have you not seen those who were told, "Restrain your hands [from
fighting] and establish prayer and give zakah"? But then when fighting was
ordained for them, at once a party of them feared men as they fear Allah or
with [even] greater fear. They said, "Our Lord, why have You decreed upon
us fighting? If only You had postponed [it for] us for a short time." Say,
The enjoyment of this world is little, and the Hereafter is better for he who
fears Allah . And injustice will not be done to you, [even] as much as a thread
[inside a date seed]."

সেসব লোককে
দেখনি, যাদেরকে
নির্দেশ দেয়া
হয়েছিল যে,
তোমরা নিজেদের
হাতকে সংযত
রাখ, নামায
কায়েম কর
এবং যাকাত
দিতে থাক?
অতঃপর যখন
তাদের প্রতি
জেহাদের নির্দেশ
দেয়া হল,
তৎক্ষণাৎ তাদের মধ্যে
একদল লোক
মানুষকে ভয়
করতে আরম্ভ
করল, যেমন
করে ভয়
করা হয়
আল্লাহকে।
এমন কি
তার চেয়েও
অধিক ভয়। আর বলতে লাগল,
হায় পালনকর্তা,
কেন আমাদের
উপর যুদ্ধ
ফরজ করলে!
আমাদেরকে কেন
আরও কিছুকাল
অবকাশ দান
করলে না। ( হে
রসূল) তাদেরকে
বলে দিন,
পার্থিব ফায়দা
সীমিত।
আর আখেরাত

পরিমান ও
খর্ব করা
হবে না।
Sahih International
Wherever you may be, death will overtake you, even if you should be within
towers of lofty construction. But if good comes to them, they say, "This
is from Allah "; and if evil befalls them, they say, "This is from
you." Say, "All [things] are from Allah ." So what is [the
matter] with those people that they can hardly understand any statement?

থাক না
কেন; মৃত্যু
কিন্তু তোমাদেরকে
পাকড়াও করবেই। যদি
তোমরা সুদৃঢ়
দূর্গের ভেতরেও
অবস্থান কর,
তবুও।
বস্তুতঃ তাদের
কোন কল্যাণ
সাধিত হলে
তারা বলে
যে, এটা
সাধিত হয়েছে
আল্লাহর পক্ষ
থেকে।
আর যদি
তাদের কোন
অকল্যাণ হয়,
তবে বলে,
এটা হয়েছে
তোমার পক্ষ
থেকে, বলে
দাও, এসবই
আল্লাহর পক্ষ
থেকে।
পক্ষান্তরে তাদের পরিণতি কি হবে,
যারা কখনও
কোন কথা
বুঝতে চেষ্টা
করে না।

What comes to you of good is from Allah , but what comes to you of evil, [O
man], is from yourself. And We have sent you, [O Muhammad], to the people as a
messenger, and sufficient is Allah as Witness.

আল্লাহর পক্ষ

অকল্যাণ হয়,

মানুষের প্রতি
আমার পয়গামের
বাহক হিসাবে। আর আল্লাহ সব
বিষয়েই যথেষ্ট-সববিষয়ই তাঁর
সম্মুখে উপস্থিত।

He who obeys the Messenger has obeyed Allah ; but those who turn away - We have
not sent you over them as a guardian.

রক্ষণাবেক্ষণকারী নিযুক্ত করে
পাঠাইনি।
